Shipping & Delivery
Every work leaves the studio in Delmenhorst professionally packed — wrapped in acid-free tissue, cushioned, and boxed (large canvases travel in a custom wooden crate). Every shipment is fully insured and tracked; you receive the tracking number by e-mail as soon as the work is on its way.

Standard shipping is free on orders over €500. Delivery times count from dispatch; works usually ship within 3–5 business days of your order (crated large works may need 5–7).
Studio pickup
You are welcome to collect your work at the Delmenhorst studio free of charge — by appointment, write to studio@marlet.com.ua.
Customs outside the EU
For destinations outside the European Union, any import duties, taxes and customs fees of the destination country are borne by the recipient. Original artworks are commonly subject to reduced or zero import duty in many countries; check your local rules before ordering.
